I.P.M.S.® Industrial and Intellectual Property Rights Management Software is used in our firm Deris Patents And Trademarks Agency in Turkey and in our allied office, Sedin SA in Switzerland for the management of all trademark, patent, utility model, design patent, plant varieties, domain name and litigation files in Turkey, TRNC, Greek Part of Cyprus and in all other countries entrusted to our firm. I.P.M.S.® also provides the opportunity to record, monitor and access all documents, incoming and outgoing correspondences and payments associated with the respective files. By means of the e-business facilities, “I.P.M.S.®_e On-line View” and “I.P.M.S.®_e Sending Instruction”, Deris and Sedin clients are able to online access their files via the Internet and send on-line instructions. The integration of I.P.M.S.® with JD Edwards EnterpriseOne has also proven to be effective. JD Edwards EnterpriseOne is an Enterprice Resource Planning (ERP) application used worldwide, and is preferred by Deris for its accounting and finance management. Maintenance of the information exchanged with our clients and correspondent agents will continue without interruption due to the facilities and novelties provided by I.P.M.S.®.
Business Management System
The Business Management System, which is based on IBM Lotus Domino, was developed in 2007 to help us achieve our goal of managing Deris’ increasing work volume without jeopardizing quality. Deris has benefited from using the Business Management System for invoicing of completed works on a time spent basis, human resource planning, portfolio/project follow-up and team work. We intend to integrate this system with other software tools used by our firm.
